The Open Eye Blend has been crafted from several of our favored single origin coffees. With this blend we feel we have been able to capture the best that these coffees have to offer. This is primarily a Full-City (Medium) roasted blend with some darker roasted notes for balance. Give it a shot and you might just be surprised at what you taste.
